The first of its kind for arenas in the UK, the Superfan’s Fanclub is an annual membership based scheme aimed at those who regularly visit the Barclaycard Arena and Genting Arena in Birmingham.

Whether members are culture vultures, sporting fanatics, die hard heavy metal fans or pop lovers, they can take advantage of a range of member benefits including early access to tickets, happy hour, discounted parking and unlimited bragging rights, all for just £40 per year!

It offers our most loyal customers exclusive benefits via a value for money package, and is the first of its kind on the market. We’ve worked hard behind the scenes to ensure members get the most out of their membership and it truly enhances their arena experiences with us. If you love live events this is THE fan club for you!”

Early Access To Tickets- Superfans can bagsy seats before the masses with access to their pre-sale online basket 15 minutes before everyone else. They can browse, view and select up to four seats*, safe in the knowledge that as soon as the event goes on sale, they’re only one click away from purchasing.

 

Happy Hour- Arrive early, speculate over potential set lists, discuss previous shows or simply catch up with friends, all with a pre-show drink. Superfans receive a 20% discount on drinks during Happy Hour (which is for one hour after doors open).

 

Space Saver- If Superfans don't want to take advantage of the Happy Hour or they are doing a good deed and being the designated driver, we've also got them covered. They’ll get a 20% discount on parking at four events throughout the year at the Barclaycard Arena.

 

Monthly Prize Draw- In it, Win it- Our Superfan’s are used to giving it their all, whether that’s nabbing that must have band t-shirt or screaming their lungs out. The good news is they don’t have to do a thing to be entered into our monthly prize draws, where tickets, merchandise, and exclusive prizes are all up for grabs.

 

Random Acts of Gigness- We love a spot of spontaneity. So throughout the year we'll randomly give Superfans the chance to buy heavily discounted last-minute tickets in exchange for a small charitable donation.
