Business of the Year for Amplify!
12 April 2019Amplify, our premium hospitality business, has been honoured as the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce Business of the Year at this year’s awards ceremony.
Sally Walder, Amplify General Managers, leads a small team which has grown to achieve great results over the last year. The team entered the awards to shout about their achievements in sales and marketing but not only did they win the Excellence in Sales and Marketing award they then went on to be crowned Business of the Year!
The judges praised Amplify’s newly introduced call-back technology which means staff do not lose potential sales leads and website enhancements which have made it easier for customers to book. They were also impressed at the functionality recently added to the website which allows potential visitors to do virtual tours on the dining spaces before booking.
Russell Jeans, the chamber's chief operating officer who also chaired the judging panel, said: "Amplify exude a continual improvement ethos - capitalising on innovative new digital commerce, exceptional client knowledge, customer service and outstanding brand marketing to drive sales in this incredibly dynamic and exciting business."
