Amadeus wins contract at gallery

The five-year contract will see Amadeus provide catering services for the gallery’s wedding and corporate event functions, as well as its onsite restaurant which will be relaunched under the new branded concept ‘Compton Kitchen’. The restaurant will officially open to the public on 18th March.

The caterer, which has over 40 years’ experience operating as part of the NEC Group, is rapidly expanding its external catering business under an ambitious growth strategy led by Managing Director Kevin Watson.

With extensive experience of retail, conference and banqueting catering, servicing over 4million visitors per year across the NEC Group venues, Amadeus met the venue’s requirements for a first class catering service.”

Over the last five years, Amadeus has seen phenomenal growth in its external venue and events catering business.  Last year saw Amadeus win a record amount of tenders in its 40-year history securing new business contracts totalling over £30m.
